Synchronise multiple scrollers for a perfectly coordinated display

The NOVAL synchronisation system enables to display posters simultaneously on several pieces of furniture, in order to create a consistent and perfectly coordinated campaign.

Depending on the site configuration, synchronisation can be carried out via a wired connection, via 868 MHz radio or via GPS. One of the key benefits of the GPS solution is that it enables the synchronisation of assets located at a distance from one another, with no connection between them and no limit on the distance.

The GPS module NL2912 connects directly to the unwinder’s electronic control unit and automatically retrieves its settings, without the need for on-site adjustment. It can also control the lighting at sunrise and sunset thanks to its GPS location.

This solution therefore makes it possible to synchronise both two sides of the same piece of furniture rather than a whole collection, regardless of the site’s configuration.

• No distance limit: In GPS mode, no connection is required between the units — the display units across an entire city can scroll in unison
• 868 MHz radio with no subscription: a dedicated channel for each furniture group, with no SIM card or call charges
• No on-site adjustment required: The module automatically reads the unwinder’s settings and is ready for use within a minute of being connected
• Lighting control: A relay output switches the lighting on and off at sunset and sunrise, depending on the GPS position
• Immediate diagnosis: Three indicator lights show the module’s status, communication with the feed-through unit and the quality of the satellite signal reception
• From the double-sided version to the entire park: wired, radio or GPS synchronisation — the mode is selected according to the site’s geographical location, without any changes to the reel
